SPECIFICATIONS

> Cable assembly with swaged steel ball fitting and custom manufactured 5/8-inch retention bolt. This tension adjustment system tested at 500lbs for 5,000,000 cycles to insure reliability. >   The cable end fitting attached at the handle contains a radial ball bearing that provides independent rotation of the handle to eliminate twisting of the cable. This assembly was tested to 1,000,000 cycles at twice the maximum weight stack load. > Spring-loaded pull pin assembly conveniently located with 11 vertical positions equaling 150º of adjustment. >   Arms made from 2-inch x 2-inch x .120 wall tubular steel with a counter-balance system.  This counter-balance feature offsets the  weight of the adjustment arms.  Counter-balance spring assembly tested in excess of 500,000 cycles at full adjustment tension. > 1-inch machined weight plates with Textured Black electrostatically applied powder coat paint and fitted nylon bushings to insure smooth travel on guide rods. > Cold rolled solid 1-inch diameter selector shaft-chrome plated for durability and appearance. Machined to bullet tip to insure proper weight stack entry. Machined custom cap plate with fitted nylon bushings insures proper travel of weight plates over guide rods.

> 4 1⁄2-inch & 3 1⁄2-inch Fiberglass™ reinforced pulley wheels with deep V-grooved channel provide maximum cable contact and bearing rotation. Sealed lifetime ball bearings insure smooth and quiet pulley operation. >   Heavy-duty magnetic pins insure positive locking to weight plates. Tethered to cap plates with thick plastic-coated elastic cable. >   4-inch x 2-inch & 3-inch x 2-inch x .120 wall tubular steel with Textured Black electrostatically applied powder coat paint. >   Standard 2:1 ratio unit weighs 700 lbs. >   Custom molded rubber foot pads insure stability and prevent marring of flooring surfaces. >   3-stage pre-paint preparatory process that includes a state of the art wash system that paralyzes the material. Then the material is processed through a dryer. The material is then sent through a preheat stage before it has the magnetic paint powder applied. (optional colors) >   Urethane foam grades are a minimal grading of HR-125 (density pcf of 2.60 plus/minus 0.10 and above in high-compression areas (HR-150 with a density pcf of 4.60 plus/minus 0.30).

>   Cams are computer designed and laser cut to exact shape to allow proper variable resistance throughout the exercises complete range of motion. All Cams are 1/4" thick solid steel.
